Drawing Terms & Conditions

1.1 The drawing for (2) F1 3-day Grandstand Tickets (Row 4) in Las Vegas on November 21, 2024 – November 23, 2024, valued at $4,000 (USD), is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.

1.2 Employees of the sponsoring organization and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the drawing.

2.1 Entries for the drawing will open on April 27, 2024, and will close on May 1, 2024, at 11:59 PM (Pacific Time Zone).

3.1 To enter the drawing, individuals must complete the entry form provided by the sponsoring organization during the entry period.

3.2 Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person will result in disqualification.

4.1 The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.

4.2 The winner will be drawn on May 8, 2024, and will be notified via email or phone within three (3) business days of the drawing.

5.1 The prize consists of Two F1 3-day Grandstand tickets (Row 4) in Las Vegas for the event taking place on November 21-23, 2024, with a total approximate retail value of $4,000 (USD).

5.2 The prize does not include transportation, accommodation, meals, or any other expenses not explicitly mentioned.

6.1 The winner must respond to the winner notification within seven (7) days of being contacted.

6.2 Failure to respond within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

6.3 The winner may be required to provide proof of identity and eligibility in order to claim the prize.

7.1 By entering the drawing, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the decisions of the sponsoring organization, which are final and binding in all matters related to the drawing.

7.2 The sponsoring organization reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the drawing if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond their reasonable control impairs the integrity of the drawing.

7.3 The sponsoring organization is not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for any technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the drawing.

7.4 The winner agrees to permit the sponsoring organization to use their name, likeness, and/or voice for advertising or promotional purposes without further compensation.

7.5 The drawing is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and is void where prohibited.

8.1 By participating in the drawing, participants agree to release and hold harmless the sponsoring organization, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the drawing or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the drawing; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the drawing or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the drawing or receipt of any prize.

8.2 Under no circumstances shall the sponsoring organization be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, arising out of participation in the drawing or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, even if the sponsoring organization has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

By entering the drawing, participants acknowledge that they have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
